1. What HangPlanner is

A tool for planning + installing wall layouts. You design on a virtual wall, export a 1:1 install template, and use it as a guide. The output is informational — drilling, structural calls, and weight limits are your responsibility (or your installer's).

2. Your account

• One person per account. Keep your password secret.
• Tell us right away if your account is compromised.
• We can suspend accounts that abuse the service (spamming, mining the API, hacking attempts).

3. Payment + cancellation

• Plus / Pro subscriptions billed monthly via Stripe.
• Cancel anytime in your account settings — the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• 14-day no-questions refund on your first payment. Email us.
• Tax handled by Stripe Tax — pricing shown is exclusive of GST/VAT where applicable.

4. What you upload

• You own your walls, frames, photos. We don't claim any rights to them.
• Don't upload illegal material, copyright-infringing photos, or anything you don't have the right to use.
• We may take down content that violates these terms or applicable law.

5. Liability

HangPlanner is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee zero downtime, zero bugs, or that the install template is millimetre-perfect on a warped wall. We are not liable for drilling into pipes, hitting electrical, mounting weight failures, or any property damage. When in doubt, hire an installer.

6. Service changes

We may change features, prices, or shut down the service. Material changes get advance email notice to active subscribers. Prepaid Plus / Pro time is refunded pro-rata if we shut down.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes go to the courts of NSW.
