HangPlanner

Terms of service

Last updated: 26 May 2026

Plain-English terms. By using HangPlanner you agree to these β€” if anything feels off, email support@hangplanner.com before signing up or paying and we'll talk.

1. What HangPlanner is

A tool for planning + installing wall layouts. You design on a virtual wall, export a 1:1 install template, and use it as a guide. The output is informational β€” drilling, structural calls, weight limits and compliance with local building regulations are your responsibility (or your installer's).

2. Your account

3. Try before you buy β€” and our refund policy

The Demo wall is fully unlocked and free β€” every Plus and Pro feature works there, no sign-up needed. We strongly recommend trying the Demo before paying, because:

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) exception: nothing in these terms excludes the statutory consumer guarantees that apply to sales in Australia. If the service has a major failure (e.g. it doesn't do what it's described to do, or it's unsafe), you are entitled to a refund or remedy under the ACL regardless of this no-refund policy. Email support@hangplanner.com to raise a claim.

4. Payment + billing

5. Print service (when you order physical prints)

"Order Prints" hands off your frame designs to an independent printing partner. The printing partner is responsible for production, shipping, and any returns / re-prints. Their terms apply to that part of the transaction. HangPlanner's role ends once your order is forwarded β€” we don't hold inventory and we don't fulfill print orders ourselves.

6. What you upload

7. Liability

HangPlanner is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee zero downtime, zero bugs, or that the install template is millimetre-perfect on every wall material. We are not liable for drilling into pipes, hitting electrical wiring, mounting weight failures, or any property damage that results from following the export. When in doubt, hire a licensed installer.

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from your use of HangPlanner is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where law (including the Australian Consumer Law) provides otherwise.

8. Service changes

We may change features, prices, or shut down the service. Material changes get advance email notice to active subscribers. If we shut down the service entirely, prepaid unused subscription time is refunded pro-rata.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes go to the courts of NSW. If you live in the EU / UK, your local mandatory consumer-protection laws still apply on top.
